Hi!
My name is Sandy, and I'm the founder of Cookie Rat Co.
I’ve dreamed of opening a cookie shop for as long as I can remember. A few years ago, when I started taking the gym more seriously, I became more mindful of what I was putting into my body. So I began experimenting in my apartment kitchen, testing batch after batch to create cookies made with simple, clean ingredients that were both delicious and nourishing.
That small hobby grew into Cookie Rat Co., and it’s been the most fun, chaotic, and fulfilling journey. My dream is to keep growing this little brand and one day open a Cookie Rat Co. storefront right here in New York City.
